SHIPPING POLICY

Our products are unique, one-of-a-kind items and we stand behind the quality of our workmanship.  To protect your valued purchases, we ship insured against damage during delivery.

We ship in the continental U.S. with a flat rate shipping, or no shipping where indicated.  Please note that some larger items such as acoustic instruments must be shipped in a hard-shell case (not provided in the product pricing).  You can either send us a case or we will purchase one for you and the cost will be added to the product.  Shipping costs are not included in the price for instruments and costs are determined by where the instrument is shipped
